Teen Program - Meditation for Teens

April is known as Stress Awareness Month. We all experience stress in a variety of ways, so in a way to help alleviate some of it, we’re going to take an hour out of the morning for a guided meditation. No electronic devices, no homework, no disruptions, just calm. Ommmmmmm….

Teen programs are for teens grades 6th through 12th. Sponsored by the Friends of the Library.
