12th International Latino Film Festival in Redwood City - November 13 - 16
Redwood City, CA - June 5, 2008 - The City of Redwood City and the Latino Leadership Council are proud to once again host the spectacular International Latino Film Festival – coming to Downtown Redwood City November 13 - 16.
Film lovers from the local community and throughout the bay area will enjoy seven great Latino films at the Century 20 Downtown, and are invited to a special Gala Opening Reception, Noche Mexicana in Redwood City, on Thursday, November 13 at the San Mateo County History Museum, in its dramatic rotunda under its magnificent stained glass dome. The International Latino Film Festival in Downtown Redwood City is creating a new tradition of culture and art in our community. The film festival showcases the best in new international Latino cinema, encourages emerging film talent, and pays tribute to celebrated Latino actors, directors, and producers – and Redwood City is pleased to host three great nights and the Gala Opening Reception right in the heart of our Downtown.
