Get in shape and see the results! In this Fitness Course you will utilize your own body weight during fast paced routines designed to keep your heart rate up while you achieve a full body workout. You will see and feel results, with cardio and strength training, plyometrics, run/walks, core building and body sculpting.
Strengthen your body from the core! Core strength is crucial for overall fitness and with the Abs and Core Strength Training, you will be closer to achieving the result you have been looking for.
Monitor your progress with Fitness Testing, Body Composition Assessments and Detailed Progress Reports. Also receive a complimentary 2-day detailed meal plan along with nutritional counseling and recipes.
Boot camp runs Monday-Friday! Choose from 6am, 9am or 5:30pm or on Saturday at 9am - Each class is 1 hour.

Get in shape with the same fast paced workouts designed to challenge all levels of fitness, yet forgiving enough to allow beginners to participate. All workouts are indoor workouts at Maximum Fitness, no need for wet weather gear. One session per week. Class sizes for this facility are limited, so join early.
